As we know, the Covid 19 pandemic has affected some of our residents a great deal and it has also affected the Authority. However, our goal has not changed; we must provide good service to our customers and maintain an efficient and properly functioning sewage treatment plant. To accomplish this goal, our budget and expenses are based on all of our customers paying their sewage fees in timely manner.
During these times, we have temporarily suspended scheduled termination of water services and have not added the 10 % penalty fee to any accounts. However, beginning with the current third quarter billing; the penalty fee will be added to delinquent accounts in early November.
If you are having a financial hardship due to Covid 19, please feel free to contact our office to discuss a payment plan to prevent the above mentioned events from occurring in the future.
Our office is open to the public, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm.
